Milford Arts Council
The Milford Arts Council (MAC) runs its main operations from the heart of downtown in the eastbound train station, known as the Milford Center for the Arts at 40 Railroad Avenue.
Their mission is to provide artistic opportunities and cultural experiences to the greater Milford community. At the MAC there is an intimate 100 seat theater and full stage with fantastic acoustics where one can view live music performers; such as international classical guitarists, singer-songwriters, jazz and more.
MAC is also the home to the Eastbound Theatre Company and host to Pantochino Productions. The main hall also showcases multiple exhibits, lectures, films, classes, workshops and is available for rent.
MAC also oversees the Firehouse Gallery in Walnut Beach at 81 Naugatuck Avenue where there are 8-10 themed and juried exhibits and occasional classes and workshops.
